Grow & Reach Minister
The Grow & Reach Minister will help strengthen the life and ministry of Salt Community Church by giving focused leadership to evangelism, Salt Groups, adult discipleship and the development of gospel leaders.
This role exists to help people move toward Jesus and mature in Jesus, while building healthy teams and ministry pathways that equip more people across Salt to make and grow disciples. We are looking for someone who loves Jesus and his Word, is passionate about seeing people come to faith and grow in maturity, and enjoys developing and enabling others for ministry.
Commencement:
Late January 2027, or as negotiated.
Employment:
0.6-0.8 FTE.
