Who's Involved?

Every Saturday we provide a safe environment for kids from 0 to 5 years in creche and K to year 6 in Salt Kids, where they can learn about Jesus and connect with each other.

Emily Rawlings leads a team of volunteers who are the heartbeat of our ministry, and we thank God for placing it on their hearts to love and serve our kids.

Every volunteer who leads in the Kids Ministry has had a background check and is committed to making the ministry a safe, biblically relevant, and fun environment for your kids.

How should I prepare my kids?

We begin church each week with children and adults all in together. During a break in church, the children leave for their age-specific time together. You will need to check your child in and out of the Kids Ministry each week.

In order to provide the best care for your children, we require you to complete a registration form with relevant details. This includes  important safety information, such as contact details, who can have access to your children, and any specific allergies.

Thank you so much for helping us as we strive to make our Kids Ministry a safe environment for your kids to have fun as the learn about God.

YOUTHGROUP

Saturdays @ Salt

We encourage our high school kids to stay in church with us on Saturday afternoons. The talks are aimed at being relevant to adults and teenagers. Some of the teens assist with the children's ministry from time to time.

Our dream is that as we grow in numbers of teens we will start a group that runs during the Bible talk at church.

Fridays @ Port Mac

Salt joins together with The Point church in Port Macquarie to provide a youth group on Friday nights. Each week there is fun, food, and time together in the Bible. The youth get to know Jesus and discover who God made them to be and what life is all about. From time to time there are special activities and camps. Each year the youth group joins 1000s of other youth at Kyck in the Blue Mountains.
